Our Founder
Mavambo Advisory is a founder-led consultancy helping early-stage founders and investors navigate fundraising, deal structuring, and capital deployment with clarity and confidence.
Founded by Chiedza Museredza, a Canadian-qualified corporate lawyer with deep transactional experience, Mavambo brings top-tier legal and strategic support to the startup and investor ecosystem. Chiedza has acted on complex transactions for leading technology companies and institutional investors across Canada, the U.S., and the UK, with a focus on fund formation, capital raising, M&A, and venture financings. She has practiced at top-tier Canadian law firms and held legal innovation and strategy roles at global financial data and legal tech firms. Chiedza currently serves as an Advisory Member at FundHerShip London and as a Legal Advisor to the University of Toronto’s Black Founders Network, supporting emerging tech founders across North America.
